Hello and welcome to my blog!
My name is Fokt Janos.
I'm 35 y.o. (born 1978) married to Emöke and we have a little son named Loránd.
We live in Borsec (Borszék) a little village in Transylvania.
My sister-in-law lives in Denmark and thus we have visited Denmark a couple of times since 2009.
I like Denmark and was very inspired by danish history and nordic mythology when i was looking for scenes for my wood carving.
Vikings and mythological elements are visually dynamic and hence very ideal to compose a dramatic scene to carve in wood.
My next project may be Fairy Tales, traditions or history from my own region.
